Hull Theory Test Centre Directions
Car
Hull’s test venue is located within Utility House on Prospect Street, just on the north-west outskirts of the city centre. The A63 facilitates travel towards the centre of Hull from the west, with the A1165 heading towards the city from the north, and the A1033 supplying onwards routes from the east.
Parking
There are various car parks located nearby the test centre, although, based on price and proximity, we would recommend the following two sites:
Pryme Street Multi-Storey charges a flat rate of £3.00 for full-day parking, which can be paid for by cash or using the MiPermit service line. Please note that electronic vehicle charging is available at this facility. To reach the venue from here, simply head exit the car park and turn left, before progressing southbound on Prospect Street for roughly 200m.
St. Stephen’s Car Park is marginally further away, but still comfortably within five minutes walking distance. A three-hour parking ticket is priced at £2, which will afford you enough time to head to the venue, conduct your test, and return to your vehicle. This site accommodates disabled parking, and also facilitates electronic vehicle charging. The onwards journey to the testing venue will take approximately five minutes. Head east on Lombard Street, crossing Ferensway (A1079) to emerge on North Street. Continue east, turning right at the end of the road onto Prospect Street. Utility House will be situated on your right, around 40m south of the North Street junction.
Alternative local parking options are available on the relevant Parkopedia page.

There are multiple bus services that pass close to the test site. When planning your personal journey, we would encourage you to target arrival at one of the following bus stops:
